SIMON A. DAVIS TO JOIN FALCON WATERFREE AS PRESIDENT AND CEO, BOARD MEMBER
LOS ANGELES, October 11, 2012 – Falcon Waterfree Technologies announced today that Simon A. Davis has been elected to the Company’s Board of Managers effective October 1, 2012 and will become Falcon’s President and CEO once his current employer, Franke, names his successor.
Falcon Waterfree is the global leader in manufacturing and distribution of waterless urinals. The Company is based in Los Angeles and has offices throughout the world and affiliates in over 50 countries, including marketing partnerships with some of the world’s best known urinal and washroom products manufacturers such as American Standard Mexico, Bobrick Washroom Equipment, Caesar Sanitar Co., Ltd, Corona (aka Compañia Colombiana de Ceramica), Ideal Standard, INAX, Sloan Valve Company, VitrA and others.
Simon Davis has been President of Market Area Americas, owned by Franke Kitchen Systems since 2009. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of BrassCraft & General Manager of Cobra Products, a division of MASCO. He also was co-founder of Magne-Flo, Inc. which sold its operations to MASCO. Mr. Davis is a former executive with Watts Industries (Anderson Barrows). Originally from the United Kingdom, he will be based at the Los Angeles headquarters.
