After attending a B Corp event with the Do Good Bus last month, we decided to have them take the whole Falcon gang out to celebrate World Water Day yesterday.

Being a B Corp means more than just striving for environmental savings. Water savings is the core of our products, however we also want to work towards a better world where people commit their time to help others. That is when the Do Good Bus comes in. They are a non-profit organization that promises altruistic adventurism by bringing people together to help local causes in a fun and social environment. They round up a group of people and drive them to an unknown location where the goal is to get to know and help a cause. It made perfect sense to hire them for the day!

Thursday started as a mystery. All we knew was that our volunteering opportunity was related to water. Since our HQ is in Los Angeles, the first thing that came to mind was: B E A C H. It was a hot 80 degrees day in Southern California, so we put on hats, sunglasses and a ton of sunscreen, and went out to have some fun! As soon as we pulled into the notorious Venice Beach neighborhood, it was clear what our goal for the day was. Tyler, from the Do Good Bus handed out black trash bags and gloves to all the team and we set out on a beach cleaning spree.
