Corona, a world class manufacturer of sanitaryware, has announced a joint commercial agreement with Falcon Waterfree Technologies, the world’s leading manufacturer of waterless urinal technology, to produce and distribute porcelain waterless urinals.
Under this agreement, Corona will increase their product portfolio to include several models of waterless urinals. These new additions will align with Corona’s initiatives to offer water conserving devices targeted to architects, contractors and end users who seek to reduce water consumption in retrofit and new construction.

This urinal offers the benefits of zero water consumption, easy installation, and a recyclable plastic cartridge that uses a fully biodegradable chemical sealant, which is consistent with our environmental commitment. It will be available throughout our distribution network nationally and internationally under the Corona brand, developed with Falcon Waterfree® technology,” said Carolina Galindo Moreno, Chief Institutional Product Specialist with Corona.
On average, each Falcon Waterfree® urinal saves up to 40,000 gallons (151,000 liters) or more fresh water per year. With over 350,000 Falcon urinals installed throughout the world, Falcon Waterfree Technologies directly saves approximately 14 billion gallons of water each year.
To Falcon, this agreement represents a continued commitment to develop partnerships with high quality urinal producers that are able to service different international markets at competitive prices, in particular to Central and South America.

This joint agreement also will further establish the Falcon brand to Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic through Corona’s extensive distribution base and established end consumers.
