Los Angeles, CA. – January 19, 2012 — Falcon Waterfree Technologies is pleased to announce the hiring of Mike Dwyer as Senior Vice President & General Counsel. Mr. Dwyer will join Falcon from JAKKS Pacific, America’s third largest publicly traded (Nasdaq: JAKK) toy company, where for nearly eight years he served as Senior Vice President, Legal. In this capacity, Mr. Dwyer advised JAKKS on all legal issues and for five years oversaw its Human Resources team. As a practicing attorney for over 25 years, Mr. Dwyer is an expert in overseeing outside counsel and enforcing intellectual property rights.

Mr. Dwyer will lead Falcon’s legal operations, its intellectual property portfolio and patent licensing business, its government affairs, and its human resources. “We are thrilled and fortunate to have such a skilled attorney join our company,” said Marc Nathanson, Chairman and CEO of Falcon. “Mike’s extensive knowledge of patent law will have a significant, positive impact on our work.”
